Travel itinerary

  • Day 1: Yangon Arrival

    Upon arrival at Yangon International Airport, you will be welcomed by an English-speaking guide who will accompany you to the hotel. Depending on the arrival time, you may have a brief orientation tour of the city before checking in at the hotel. Take some time to settle in and relax, and enjoy the rest of the afternoon at your leisure.

    Later in the day, embark on a walking tour of downtown Yangon, renowned for having the largest number of colonial-era buildings in Southeast Asia. This walk offers plenty of opportunities to take photos of the locals enjoying themselves at tea shops, as well as to admire some of the historic architecture in the area, including the impressive British-Colonial City Hall which is a stunning example of Burmese syncretism.

    In the evening, tour the spectacular Shwedagon Pagoda, considered to be one of Yangon’s top attractions. Adorned in gold, the pagoda is believed to be over 2,600 years old, and its towering spire reaches a height of 326 feet, making it a must-see destination for visitors and pilgrims from around the world.

    After the tour, return to the hotel for an overnight stay in Yangon.
