In the afternoon, visit the Paung Daw Oo Pagoda, the most sacred religious site in Southern Shan state. This primary place of worship around the lake holds five sacred Buddha images. Afterward, take a brief stroll to the nearby boathouse to witness the royal barge, which carries the Buddha images throughout the lake during the Paung Daw Oo pagoda festival.
