Day 01: Bagan to Yandabo Village
Begin your day with a morning drive to Yandabo Village (approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes), a quaint hamlet situated along the Ayeyarwady River, renowned for its skilled potters. Upon reaching the village, check in at the hotel and take a moment to freshen up.
In the afternoon, stroll through the scenic village, where the Treaty of Yandabo was signed, bringing an end to the First Anglo-Burmese War in 1826. Pause at various pottery workshops to witness the craftsmen at work and visit the local school and monastery.
In the evening, catch a mesmerizing sunset by taking a leisurely walk along the riverbank of the Ayeyarwady River. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay in Yandabo village.
