Here, you can immerse yourself in the Moken community and gain insights into their unique culture and seafaring way of life. The Moken people, also referred to as sea gypsies, have mastered the art of freediving and have lived as hunters and gatherers for generations, traveling through tropical islands on their traditional Kabang boats. During the dry season, some of them even spend their entire lives at sea, seeking refuge on land only during heavy rainfall. After discovering more about the Moken, relish a memorable local meal with the renowned “Sea Gipsy” of the area. Finally, we will sail back to Myeik port, a seaport city with stunning islands. After checking in at the hotel, spend the night in Myeik.
